Presales Consultant

During the sales process, the Presales Consultant is responsible for understanding the client’s needs and positioning Archer as the solution of choice to meet those needs. Presales Consultants are subject matter experts in integrated risk management (IRM) who support the broader sales team in an effort to win client business.

What you’ll achieve

As a Presales Consultant, you’ll work with the sales team to understand clients’ business requirements and make recommendations leveraging Archer solutions. You’ll help clients solve complex business problems by providing technical knowledge of the Archer platform as well as subject matter expertise in IRM domains such as Compliance, Risk, Third Party, Resilience, and Audit.

You Will

  • Develop and maintain hands-on proficiency with all Archer products/solutions
  • Develop relationships with clients and understand their objectives and pain points
  • Present product demonstrations to c-level executives, business stakeholders, and technical system administrators
  • Guide clients through the technical tool evaluation process, which may include building proof-of-concepts (POCs), providing ‘sandboxes’, and answering technical/functional questions
  • Participate in internal domain focus groups to share knowledge, develop team collateral, and consolidate feedback from the field
