Summary
As an Operations Planner, you will play a critical role in ensuring smooth production flow, accurate scheduling, and timely order fulfillment. You will act as the bridge between production, materials, scheduling, and shipping teams, identifying bottlenecks and communicating effectively to maintain operational excellence.
Responsibilities
Base Compensation: $28.50 - $31.00 is the projected hourly pay for this role and will be determined based on the candidate’s overall qualifications and experience.
Closing Date: December 14 th . While we expect to keep the position open through this date, the posting may be extended or closed early based on applicant volume and hiring needs.

Summary
As an Operations Planner, you will play a critical role in ensuring smooth production flow, accurate scheduling, and timely order fulfillment. You will act as the bridge between production, materials, scheduling, and shipping teams, identifying bottlenecks and communicating effectively to maintain operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Production Team to plan output and review build schedules.
- Assess and communicate production output shortages to relevant teams.
- Attend daily Tier 2 production meetings with Leads and Supervisors.
- Collect daily/weekly data from production line boards and compile into a central reporting system.
- Communicate issues from the production line to materials and planning teams.
- Coordinate with the Scheduler to adjust production schedules for successful order fulfillment.
- Collaborate with various Operations teams and other departments to ensure priorities are met and production downtime is minimized.
- Investigate root causes of delayed sales orders and provide updates to stakeholders.
- Conduct Clear to Build and Critical BOM Path reviews to ensure there are no material shortages before the production line gets to a build.
- Evaluate and update Planning BOMs (Planbills) for product types used for forecasting materials for future demand.
- Update MRP system data as required.
- Assist with KPI data collection and presentation.
- 2+ years of experience within a manufacturing environment with 1+ years of experience with production planning, scheduling, or supply chain.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Very Capable in Microsoft Excel: Working knowledge of Lookups, Pivot Tables, and similar functionality.
- Proficient and Experience with ERP/MRP systems.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across multiple departments.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, Engineering, or related field.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement methods.
