Monday through Thursday 12:30 P.M. to 10:00 P.M.

What you’ll be doing:
Ø Support onboarding and on the job training for new crew members.
Ø Cover work areas impacted by absenteeism, vacations or staffing challenges.
Ø Ability to maintain a 95% efficiency in multiple work centers.
Ø Assist in monitoring workflow and process across various areas of the facility.
Ø Liaison between plant members and location leadership, calling attention to issues that require management awareness.
Ø Support SOP implementation and compliance.
Ø Support the oversight of safety policies.
Ø Complete other duties that may be assigned as required.
Qualifications
What we’re looking for:
Ø Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
Ø High school diploma or G.E.D equivalent is required.
Ø Bilingual a plus.
Ø Equivalent Experience Preferred.
Ø Ability to read, write, comprehend, and print basic English.
Ø Ability to communicate clearly with supervisor(s) and crew members.
Ø Ability to read, analyze, and interpret organizational production reports.
Ø Ability to push, carry, and lift up to 80lbs.
Ø Good verbal and written communication skills.
Ø Basic math skills.
