What You’ll Be Doing
- Coordinate caregiver schedules & shift changes
- Support hiring, onboarding & HR tasks
- Maintain client, HR & compliance records
- Assist with billing support & office supplies
- Manage social media updates & engagement
- Communicate with staff, clients & vendors
- Provide daily support to leadership
What You Bring
- 2+ years of administrative experience (healthcare a plus!)
- Strong communication & organizational skills
- Microsoft Office proficiency; 50+ WPM a bonus
- High school diploma (degree preferred)
- Positive attitude + love for helping people
