Service Minds is looking for a highly organized and energetic In-Office Dispatcher to join our team at our main office. In this essential role, you’ll serve as the bridge between customers and technicians—ensuring seamless scheduling, clear communication, and top-tier service delivery.

• Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, offering solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Efficiently dispatch service technicians from our office to job sites—optimizing routes and response times.

• Maintain consistent, professional communication with customers, technicians, and internal teams.

• Accurately record service details, technician hours, and job-related information in our dispatch system.

• Experience in dispatch operations, ideally in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.

• Proficiency with dispatch software (e.g., ServiceTitan) or similar platforms.

• Strong multitasking and organizational skills.

• A calm, professional demeanor under pressure—you're great at problem-solving on the fly.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• A team-first attitude and eagerness to learn and grow in a collaborative environment.

• Competitive hourly pay starting at $18.00/hr plus uncapped weekly bonuses.
