- Client Relationship Management & Account Growth:
- Build and nurture long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their goals, challenges, and opportunities.
- Act as the primary point of contact, ensuring smooth communication and prompt responses to inquiries.
- Identify areas for growth within accounts and recommend upselling or cross-selling opportunities that benefit both clients and the company.
- Strategic Planning & Campaign Development:
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to craft effective marketing strategies that address client needs.
- Provide industry insights and actionable recommendations to improve client campaigns.
- Oversee the execution of projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and alignment with client goals.
- Keep clients informed of campaign performance with clear, data-driven reporting.
- Team Leadership & Development:
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of Account Managers, helping them grow in their roles and advance in their careers.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team culture that encourages innovation and excellence.
- Oversee the hiring, training, and development of Account Management team members, setting performance goals and conducting evaluations.
- Financial Management:
- Ensure that client projects stay on budget and deliver a positive ROI.
- Collaborate with leadership on budget planning and revenue forecasting.
- Business Development Support:
- Assist in identifying potential clients and support the sales process, providing insights and contributing to proposals.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in account management, marketing, or a related role, with a strong emphasis on client relationship building and team leadership.
- Proven experience in Medicare marketing or a similar regulated industry is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team while fostering an environment of continuous learning.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first mindset.
- Proficiency in marketing tools, platforms, and project management software.
- Strategic thinker with a focus on achieving business outcomes.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and use it to guide decision-making.
- Ability to navigate complex regulatory landscapes, especially in Medicare marketing.
