This is a Grant Funded position $350 per day
General Statement Of Duties
Manage and defuse crisis situations, reinforce appropriate behaviors and redirects negative behaviors, works one-on-one with students to affect behavior changes, implements behavioral programs and provides interventions to assist students in making positive and appropriate decisions.

General Responsibilities
- Train and coach staff on building and clarifying school-wide expectations.
- Provide support on strategies to create a positive school climate.
- Provide support using restorative practices, Ruler, PBIS and SEL practices.
- Build positive relationships with students, staff, parents and the community to improve the overall school climate.
- Assist students with making positive choices.
- Collaborate with administration on reinforcing positive behavior.
- Contribute to the social emotional goals of the school.
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree.
- Experience working in an educational environment.
- Strong oral and written skills.
- Strong computer skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting.
