Position Description
The Director of Treasury will lead PAR’s global treasury function, overseeing cash management, banking strategy, risk management, and capital markets activities. This role will be responsible for optimizing liquidity, managing global banking relationships, supporting financing initiatives, and leading the evaluation and implementation of a modern Treasury Management System (TMS) through a comprehensive RFP process.
The successful candidate will be a strategic, hands-on leader with deep treasury expertise, capable of scaling processes and systems for a growing, global SaaS and technology company.

Compensation Range: $160K - $198.5K
Position Description
The Director of Treasury will lead PAR’s global treasury function, overseeing cash management, banking strategy, risk management, and capital markets activities. This role will be responsible for optimizing liquidity, managing global banking relationships, supporting financing initiatives, and leading the evaluation and implementation of a modern Treasury Management System (TMS) through a comprehensive RFP process.

Reports To: Vice President, Finance
Key Responsibilities
- Treasury Operations & Cash Management
- Oversee global cash positioning, liquidity forecasting, and working capital optimization.
- Lead daily cash operations, bank account administration, and intercompany funding.
- Standardize treasury processes across geographies (U.S., Canada, India, ANZ, Serbia).
- Banking & Capital Markets
- Manage and strengthen relationships with global and regional banking partners.
- Evaluate financing structures and support debt management and compliance.
- Optimize bank fees, services, and cash structures to support global operations.
- Risk Management
- Lead FX exposure identification, hedging strategies, and execution.
- Support risk management policies across investments, counterparty exposure, and insurance where applicable.
- Treasury Systems & Technology
- Lead an RFP process for selecting a Treasury Management System (TMS).
- Oversee system implementation, integration with ERP, and process automation.
- Champion the adoption of technology to drive efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
- Strategic Leadership
- Provide treasury insights to senior management, the CFO, and the Board.
- Collaborate with Finance, FP&A, Tax, Accounting, and Legal to align on capital strategy.
- Build and develop a high-performing treasury team to support global operations.
- 10+ years of progressive treasury or corporate finance experience, including global exposure.
- Proven leadership of cash management, banking, and capital markets activities.
- Strong experience running or participating in an RFP and implementation of a TMS.
- Expertise in FX, liquidity forecasting, debt compliance, and intercompany funding.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA, CTP, or CFA preferred).
Compensation Range: $160K - $198.5K
