- Support the deployment of global Talent Development strategy, policies and processes in alignment with North American regional needs.
- Assist in coordination of leadership, learning and talent & performance management activities in North America.
- Talent Development marketing and communication to promote regional learning and talent & performance management agenda and priorities.
- Participate in a global and regional learning networks and knowledge sharing and promote best practice sharing.
- Collaborate with HR and Business leaders to identify regional specific talent development needs.
- Aid in developing, deploying and monitoring regional learning initiatives and programs.
- Track and analyze learning KPIs, monitoring and measuring learning impact and effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and organizational and industry standards in all performed activities.
- Assist in best practice research and exploration of current and future trends in the leadership and learning space.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- 0-3 years working experience in HR or related field.
- Experience in coordinating leadership and development programs in the multi-matrix organization is a plus.
- Excitement and inquisitive nature and a passion for developing people.
- Project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. (agility).
- Self-motivated and open to exploring new trends and best practices.
- Data analytic skills a plus.
