Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries through live chat in real time.
- Provide accurate information about ENGLOSOLs services (environmental consulting, sustainability solutions, waste management guidance, compliance programs, etc.).
- Assist customers with basic issues, service questions, or navigation support.
- Escalate complex inquiries to the appropriate environmental specialists or internal departments.
- Maintain detailed and accurate chat records using CRM or ticketing tools.
- Handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining quality.
- Deliver friendly, professional, and efficient communication at all times.
- Adhere to ENGLOSOLs environmental service standards and internal communication protocols.
- Experience in live chat support or customer service (preferred but not required).
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage several chats at once.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet remote workspace.
- Basic environmental knowledge or willingness to learn through training.
- Strong problem-solving skills and patience.
- Familiarity with CRM, support software, or chat systems is a plus.
