Description

The Segment Marketing Manager plays a critical role in shaping and executing the go-to-market strategy for one or more of our key end markets across our family of brands. This position brings our value proposition to life through effective segmentation, targeted marketing tactics, and seamless collaboration with the sales team — all with the goal of driving revenue growth and achieving profit targets.

In this role, you will leverage strong marketing capabilities to develop and align strategic plans for each primary market segment, then lead the execution of those plans to expand market share, accelerate sales performance, and maximize profitability. Working cross-functionally, you will ensure that our message, positioning, and programs resonate with the right audiences and support the company’s broader growth objectives.


Requirements for success as part of our elite Client Services team:

  • Develop and refine segmentation strategies for each key market to ensure precise targeting.
  • Create, manage, and execute go-to-market plans tailored to each segment.
  • Lead the execution of marketing tactics across PPC, website content/design, trade shows, social media, CRM, sales enablement tools, promotions, and vendor co-op integrations.
  • Partner with the Business Development team to support prospecting efforts and strengthen the sales pipeline.
  • Clearly communicate weekly, monthly, and quarterly marketing priorities to the sales team to ensure alignment and coordinated execution.
  • Manage quarterly catalog production, including design direction, photography coordination, editing, layout, and final publishing.
  • Review segment performance regularly, evaluating progress against quarterly and annual goals.



Ideal candidate qualities include:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work efficiently within a collaborative, cross-functional environment
  • Ability to simultaneously manage multiple tasks and projects
  • Capacity to meet deadlines in a fast-paced and demanding environment, while being detail-oriented
  • A degree in business, marketing, or related fields is preferred
  • 3+ years in a marketing-related field
  • Experience designing and executing B2B marketing initiatives
