Date: 22 hours ago
City: Renton, WA
Salary:
$200
per hour
Contract type: Full time
Remote
You've set a clear academic vision and taken full ownership of the results. You've led visibly, not from the sidelines. And when it comes to learning science, you're not experimenting—you've built proven systems, delivered outcomes that validate your approach, and earned the credibility to share your work publicly. If this describes you, 2 Hour Learning is seeking its academic leader.
At 2 Hour Learning, we've designed a system in which students achieve twice the learning in just two hours per day. Mastery-based progression, AI-driven tutoring, and a fundamental rethinking of traditional classroom design power these results. The outcomes speak for themselves. We're now searching for a leader who can harmonize execution across varied school environments, elevate academic leadership standards, and serve as the public advocate for a movement rooted in robust learning science.
This is not a role focused on abstract academic inquiry. It's a leadership charge. You'll take ownership of academic strategy in action, establish clear benchmarks, surface execution shortfalls, and develop high-performing teams to produce measurable impact. You'll convert our scientific principles into operational rigor and articulate the case for this model globally.
What You Will Be Doing
Expand and strengthen 2 Hour Learning's validated academic model by aligning execution across school sites, raising leadership standards, and establishing yourself as the authoritative public advocate for a movement built on rigorous science and demonstrable outcomes.
Basic Requirements
Education is broken, but 2 Hour Learning is proving it doesn’t have to be. They’re tearing down the outdated one-size-fits-all model and replacing it with AI-driven personalized learning that helps kids master academics in just two hours a day.
With students consistently ranking in the top 1-2% nationally and the top 20% achieving an astonishing 6.5x growth, they’re proving that smarter learning is possible. At 2 Hour Learning, it’s talent and performance that matter.
They offer a dynamic, on-campus and remote-friendly environment where innovators, educators, and AI specialists can be a part of fixing a broken school system.
2 Hour Learning is reprogramming learning for the AI era.
Here’s How They’re Fixing It.
