We are seeking an Information Systems Administrator to support the growth and development of the IT department by managing, optimizing, and maintaining a range of technologies, including computer systems, mobile devices, transportation technologies, servers, networks, VOIP phones, audio-visual systems, and productivity tools. Additionally, the role will ensure the security, efficiency, and performance of these systems and manage data storage, recovery processes, and device deployment to maintain a secure and effective technology environment. The Systems Administrator will also serve as the internal subject matter expert on IT infrastructure. The Systems Administrator will also serve as frontline IT support for any day-to-day IT issues encountered by Vivalon employees.

Essential Functions

• Develop and maintain a Microsoft 365 environment
• Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot the organization's IT infrastructure, including network design, audiovisual systems, physical access control and security systems, transportation technologies, VoIP phone systems, IT asset tracking and management, antivirus policies, SaaS licensing, and cloud printing.
• Assist in the development and enforcement of IT policies across the organization, including employee onboarding and IT infrastructure access.
• Support staff with technical issues by resolving hardware and software issues.
• Provide technical training for staff in emerging technologies, including creation and maintenance of technical documentation and user guides, as well as direct training to ensure staff are equipped with the knowledge to effectively use IT systems and tools.
  
  

Requirements

• Knowledge of managing Azure, Intune, Policies, SharePoint, OneDrive, MDM, VPN, AV equipment, Router, Switches.
• High level of experience with Microsoft 365.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to convert data into useful information for decision-making and reporting purposes.
• Proven expertise in maintaining confidentiality and safeguarding sensitive information by adhering to legal, ethical, and organizational privacy standards.
• Ability to work independently, troubleshoot, and follow through on solutions.
• Excellent communication and consultation skills.
• Well organized and able to handle multiple deadlines.
• Able to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and internal policies and procedures.
• Able to apply good judgment in a fast-paced and quickly changing environment, managing multiple tasks and coordinating with various individuals while maintaining a high standard of accuracy.
• Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with clients, coworkers, and the public.
• BA or BS degree in a business-related field is preferred.
• A minimum of 3 years' experience in the IT field is required.
  
  

Compensation And Benefits

• $30-$35 an hour (depending on experience)
