POSITION TITLE: CTE -Technology & Engineering Education Teacher (Industrial/Applied Tech)
LICENSE REQUIREMENTS: PEL in Technology Engineering Education (Industrial/Applied Technology) or Career and Technical Educator License w/ Stipulation (formerly Provisional Vocational Certificate).

All employees must adhere to district Board Policy, administrative procedures, applicable collective bargaining agreements, and all relevant Illinois laws, including teacher evaluation protocols (PERA) and mandated training requirements.

- Teach entry level and advanced Technology Engineering Education (Industrial/Applied Technology) courses
- Workplace experience in the content area (may qualify for Educator License with Stipulations)

Salary & Benefits
- Placement and step on the licensed staff salary schedule will be determined by experience and qualifications per the CHSD 218/IEA Professional Agreement.
- Eligible for full Board-provided employee benefits (health, dental, life insurance, paid leave, and retirement), subject to contract provisions.
- For coaching or co-curricular positions, additional paid stipends may be available under contract guidelines.
