Recruiter/ Talent Acquisition Specialist - Job Functions:
- Execute recruiting strategies to source candidates (referrals, networking, internet, website, postings, etc.), interview candidates (by phone or in person) and appropriately qualify and pre-screen candidates before onboarding.
- Collaborate with scheduling team to ensure smooth transition and retention.
- Generate robust and diverse candidate pools for open requisitions, engaging in aggressive, creative and productive data-backed sourcing activities.
- Actively updates applicant tracking systems to ensure they keep up with status changes for candidates throughout the Talent Acquisition process.
- Acts as a brand ambassador to internal and external talent to promote the community as the employer of choice.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Experience in developing recruitment strategy.
- Interest or experience in Seniors/ Long Term care communities.
- Exceptional interviewing and people assessment capabilities.
- Natural self-starter, decisive, high energy and can-do attitude with strong time management skills.
- Able to work independently as well as collaborating with a team.
