JOB ANNOUNCEMENT
A reputable, fast-growing plaintiff law firm practicing labor and employment law is seeking to fill an entry-level Receptionist position in its Pasadena headquarters as detailed below.
Job Title: Receptionist
Job Location: Pasadena, CA (on-site, not remote)
Job Hours: Full-Time / 40 hours per week (Monday – Friday 8:30am-5:30pm)
Starting Pay Range: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour
Experience / Training: Prior experience as a receptionist in an office environment is a plus.
Benefits: We provide benefits to full-time employees after a 90-day probational period including health, dental and vision benefits, paid vacation, paid holidays, 401K among other perks.
Job Responsibilities
Computer Skills Required: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook (Email, Calendar) Adobe Acrobat, Apple macOS.
Language Skills: Fluency in spoken and written English is required. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus.

Job Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome clients, visitors, and staff.
- Assist all guests, interviewees and new hires upon arrival.
- Notify appropriate team members when guests arrive.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
- Promptly and courteously answer and route incoming administrative calls.
- Manage all incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Coordinate company-wide breakfast/lunch orders and catering.
- Schedule and confirm internal meetings or appointments as requested.
- Assist with monthly birthday celebrations.
- Coordinate travel arrangements when needed.
- Support general office operations and assist with other administrative tasks as assigned.
