What You Will Do
As a Category Merchandiser, you will lead the strategy and execution of product assortments to drive sales, elevate the customer experience, and strengthen brand presence. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with buying, planning, and marketing teams to deliver compelling, consumer-right assortments.
What You Will Work On
- Analyze sales performance, consumer insights, and market trends to guide category decisions
- Develop and manage product assortments, pricing strategies, and promotional plans
- Partner with vendors and internal teams to support seasonal launches and product storytelling
- Monitor category KPIs and identify opportunities for growth and optimization
- Ensure product presentation and merchandising align with brand standards and customer expectations
- Experience in merchandising, category management, or retail strategy
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action
- Deep understanding of consumer behavior, fashion trends, and retail dynamics
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams
