How You Will Make An Impact
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure schedules, requirements, and budgets are met
- Identify project issues, facilitate resolution, and track corrective actions
- Manage customer relationships including acceptance testing, satisfaction, change orders, and ongoing communication
- Prepare and deliver project reports such as status updates, schedules, action items, and resource utilization
- Collaborate with Engineers to address ECOs, NCRs, and technical challenges
- Develop and maintain project management processes, procedures, and documentation
- Lead post-project reviews with stakeholders to capture lessons learned
- Track, analyze, and act on key project performance metrics
- Document and distribute meeting minutes and project communications
- 2+ years of experience in a Project Management role
- Strong background using formal project management methodologies
- Experience leading interdisciplinary project teams
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Highly organized with strong documentation and note-taking abilities
- Broad understanding of engineering and manufacturing processes
- Customer-facing experience with the ability to manage relationships and expectations
- Project management experience in custom automation or machine-building environments
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline
- PMP Certification
- Familiarity with controls and software concepts
- 5+ years of Project Management experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Project and Project PWA
- Work in standing/sitting position continuously.
- Stand, walk, push, pull, reach overhead, and bend to floor.
- Physically be underneath machines working overhead.
- Exert 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally.
- Exert 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently.
- Exert up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects
- VISUAL ACUITY: Near acuity with or without accommodation
- HEARING Ability: Ability to monitor machine sounds to identify and diagnose, with or without accommodation
