Food Runner at Troon

The Colony Bay Club is excited to announce the re-opening of the Bay Club! The Food Runner is integral to the guest experience. Qualified candidates will thrive in a hospitality environment and be highly focused on providing superior service.

This job is Evenings only.

$20.00 - $30.00 / hour

Essential Duties:

• Serve beverages and prepared meals to guests in an accurate and timely manner
• Maintain a professional appearance at all times
• Provide prompt and efficient customer service
• Checks back to ensure guest(s) satisfaction; replenishes items as necessary and/or requested
• Suggests and serves dessert, coffee and other items as applicable and/or necessary
• Keeps tables, dining room and work station(s) sanitized and organized
• Polishes Silverware and Glassware as needed
• Performs clean-up and closing procedures as assigned by manager
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager
  
  

Qualifications, Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

• Possesses excellent customer service skills
• Must be dependable and on time for all shifts
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be able to work in a team environment
• Must be able to carry server trays up to 20lbs
• Must be able to carry up to 50lbs at any given time
  
  

Education/Experience:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  
  

Certificates/Licenses:

• Food Safety and Sanitation Training and Alcohol Awareness Training.
