The role involves strategic oversight, daily operations, and collaboration with stakeholders from security, IT, engineering, and government sectors, with a strong focus on building a capable and motivated workforce that exceeds contract goals and deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain regular communication with government representatives (e.g., COR, ACOR) through formal and informal channels to provide updates on resources, technical progress, and contract performance.
- Lead monthly and quarterly reporting efforts, including written Monthly Status Reports (MSRs) and verbal/written Program Management Reviews (PMRs).
- Conduct meetings with the ACOR to review deliverables, clarify expectations, and address developments impacting performance (e.g., mission changes or travel).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables aligned with program objectives.
- Develop and manage project documentation, including work breakdown structures (WBS), project plans, cost estimates, and recommendations.
- Monitor project progress, generate status reports, and deliver executive presentations to support data-driven decision-making.
- Identify risks and implement contingency plans to minimize impact on timelines and outcomes.
- Promote integration and collaboration between Environment Operations and Technical Operations teams.
- Drive continuous improvement by collecting feedback and applying best practices to enhance project management efficiency.
- Oversee talent acquisition and management, including job descriptions, interviews, hiring decisions, and personnel development.
- Manage onboarding, offboarding, training, and security clearance processes to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Coordinate and assess annual personnel evaluations, keeping corporate leadership informed of contract performance and workforce metrics.
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Business/IT Management.
- 5 Years of Program/Program Management and Task Lead experience.
- 5 Years of experience in Information Technology.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex, cross-functional projects, and meeting/exceeding program objectives.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Possess computing and networking IA Baseline certifications for IAM2-IA Baseline Certification.
- Must have active Top Secret clearance with SCI Eligibility.
- A non-disclosure agreement will be required for this position.
