Salmon Creek Acute & Rehabilitation offers around-the-clock skilled nursing in a residential setting. Our community features an outdoor recreation area, a patio garden, a rehab gym, a beauty/barber shop, a library, pastoral support, and transportation services.
Vancouver, WA is just north of Portland, Oregon, and three hours south of Seattle. The city’s roots originated on the Columbia River’s north shore, where the Pacific Northwest’s first Indigenous inhabitants started a diverse and thriving community. Now that growth presents itself in the city’s innovative waterfront, friendly and walkable downtown, and easy access to Mount St. Helens, the Columbia River Gorge Region, and the beaches of the Pacific Coast.

- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Program.
- Current state of practice OT License.
- Experience in Skilled Nursing settings preferred.
