Position Type: Full Time, Day shift

Available Shift: 6:30a-6:30p with rotation weekends

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Full Time RN or LPN to join our team at Holmes Lake Rehabilitation & Care Center, a premier nursing home in Lincoln, Nebraska. Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and documenting patient information
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Monitor and report patient conditions, concerns, and changes to the interdisciplinary team
• Participate in resident assessments, care planning, and discharge planning
• Maintain accurate and timely records of patient care and communication
• Demonstrate a commitment to delivering excellent customer service and promoting a positive patient experience
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Education: Associates or Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
• Certifications/Licenses: Current RN or LPN licensure in the state of Nebraska and current BLS/CPR is required.
