Job Description
Create parole certificates and other paperwork that goes with the certificates. Attend all parole hearings and Review of Parole hearings. Enter data into the NiCAM's system and the C1/C2 system, as well as record the hearings and save them in the system. Work with all NDCS Records staff on releasing individuals, also work with Re-entry on the process of plans. Take care/work with Records for all individuals that are granted parole but are pending parole for a number of reasons.

Job Duties: Creation of Parole Certificates & accompanying legal documentation. Attendance and documentation of all Parole Hearings & Review of Parole Hearings. Data Entry and Management in NICaMS and C1/C2 Systems. Coordination With NDCS Records and Reentry Staff. Management of Individuals Granted Parole but Pending Release. Other duties as assigned and within the scope of the classification.
Requirements / Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: At least one year of post high school coursework or experience in: administration, office management, accounting, finance, planning, policy analysis and implementation, administrative/management analysis, operations research, program evaluation, research, or similar fields or in a field related to the programs or functions of the employing agency.
Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in corrections, criminal justice, sociology, psychology, social work, counseling, public administration or a related field.
Other: This position requires travel. As such, the incumbent must be able to present a valid driver's license or another form of reliable transportation. Regular and reliable attendance required.
