Job Summary

Join a dynamic international team dedicated to enhancing the learning experience for leaders across worldwide operations. This role offers the opportunity to coordinate critical translation projects that enable global communication and learning initiatives. You will serve as a key liaison between customers, vendors, and partners while managing the complete translation workflow from inception to delivery. You will play an integral role in ensuring high-quality localized content reaches diverse audiences while continuously improving processes and tools.

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain comprehensive project plans for all aspects of the translation workflow
  • Create projects and perform administrative tasks in translation management systems
  • Provide first-level support and manage expectations with translation customers, vendors, and partners
  • Organize files and manage pre-translation file preparation to ensure smooth workflow
  • Facilitate reviews and ensure feedback is properly saved to translation memories
  • Identify and support improvements to processes or tools where needed
  • Contribute to a positive team culture that focuses on doing great work while learning and growing

Skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with 2-3+ years of demonstrated experience
  • Excellent organization and time management skills with 2-3+ years of proven ability
  • Ability to work effectively with global teams or customers with 2-3+ years of experience
  • Proficiency in managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail and quality focus
  • Problem-solving and process improvement mindset
  • Collaborative approach to working with diverse stakeholders

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in communications, business, linguistics or equivalent
  • Experience with translation management systems (preferred)
  • Experience with learning design and development teams (preferred)
  • Experience with machine translation with post-editing (MTPE) projects (preferred)
