We are seeking four experienced Business Analysts to join a dynamic team focused on implementing and optimizing Scrum/Agile methodologies in software development life cycles. This role is crucial for facilitating communication across product management and technical teams to ensure efficient workflow and project success. The ideal candidates will be adept in tools such as JIRA and Slack, with a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating roadblocks. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from an approved location.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Scrum Masters and Product Managers to ensure clear communication and effective sprint planning.
- Utilize JIRA/Atlassian products to track project progress and manage tasks efficiently.
- Identify potential roadblocks in the project lifecycle and proactively suggest realistic solutions.
- Facilitate seamless interaction and function between Product Management, UX teams, and various other stakeholders.
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing to ensure the final products meet the required standards and business needs.
- Provide detailed reporting and feedback to senior management to aid in decision-making processes.
- Support the development of training materials and help guide team members on new processes and tools.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory, security, and privacy guidelines throughout project phases.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst within a Scrum/Agile development environment.
- Strong familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, and other Atlassian products.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to perform under tight deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with various stakeholders and team members.
- Experience in facilitating User Acceptance Testing and gathering critical feedback.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fully remote setting.
- Knowledge of software development processes and best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
- Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S. without employer-provided visa sponsorship.
- Availability to start work within a short notice period.
