Job Description

Tricon Residential is looking for an experienced, highly organized, and service focused Recruitment Coordinator to join our Talent Acquisition team. This individual will play a crucial role in ensuring processes and procedures are in place and that our Recruitment team has the support they need to function efficiently in a fast-paced environment that continues to evolve. Under general direction of the Senior Manager, Candidate Experience, the Recruitment Coordinator will be responsible for the general administrative, system and recruitment support for the team and will be instrumental to the growth and success of the department.


  • Create a positive candidate experience, ensuring a best-in-class service level
  • Provide recruitment support including posting jobs, scheduling interviews, managing the pre-employment process and candidate communication and follow-ups
  • Demonstrate a strong sense of urgency in all endeavors, understanding that the growth of the company is dependent on it
  • Assist with the administration of recruitment programs
  • Ensure that we adhere to a consistent hiring process across the company
  • Assist with market research, data collection and analysis on recruitment source effectiveness and obtaining additional resources in the Workday Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Act as an ambassador for the Recruiting team to both internal and external stakeholders, promoting operational best practices
  • Identify gaps and inefficiencies in the recruitment process and proactively provide actionable solutions


Qualifications:


  • Ability to work independently, taking ownership of work
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization
  • Maintain a strong attention to detail while moving at a rapid pace addressing competing priorities


Minimum Requirements:


  • High School diploma; degree/certification preferred
  • 5 years’ recruitment support experience
  • General understanding and experience navigating within an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Workday experience preferred

Salary Range

Placement within this compensation range will be determined by the candidate's knowledge, experience and skills.

$50,440.00 - $75,660.00
