Looking to bring on a Customer Service Representative!

Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary liaison between customers, sales, and product lines
  • Manage order entry (new, returns, samples, credits, debits)
  • Maintain backlog to reflect customer requirements
  • Handle expedite requests and customer complaints (escalating when needed)
  • Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues
  • Exercise good judgment to determine appropriate actions
  • Build trust and strong relationships with internal teams and customers
