Bright Pathways ABA is seeking a Community Relations Specialist to help strengthen connections with pediatric clinics, schools, and community organizations. This role plays an important part in ensuring that families who may benefit from ABA services are informed, supported, and connected to the right resources.
Many families don’t know where to begin when searching for autism services. One of the most effective pathways to care is through trusted referrals from professionals they already work with. This position supports that process by maintaining respectful, long-term relationships with those community partners.

What You’ll Do
- Visit local clinics, schools, therapy centers, and related organizations
- Introduce Bright Pathways ABA in a friendly, professional manner
- Build genuine trust with office staff and providers
- Share informational materials and referral resources
- Conduct strategic follow-up visits
- Track visits and interactions (training provided)
- Actively seek out NEW outreach opportunities — beyond the initial list — and pursue them with initiative
- Work directly with company leadership to discuss outreach strategies, share observations, and identify new opportunities

- Full training in ABA services and communication
- A solid starting list of outreach contacts
- Talking points and printed materials
- Guidance from accessible leadership
- The freedom to expand outreach creatively and assertively
- Support for ideas, suggestions, and continuous improvement
- $18–$26/hr
- $200 referral bonus for each family that becomes an active client
- Fuel/mileage reimbursement available
- Flexible scheduling
