Job Overview

The Senior Field Sales Dental role at Expertia AI is a full-time position based in Ada. This opportunity seeks an experienced professional with 7 to 10 years of field sales expertise to drive sales growth, develop key accounts, and represent dental solutions within specified territories.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in field sales with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets in the dental or healthcare sector.
  • Demonstrated expertise in territory management (Mandatory skill), ensuring effective coverage and penetration for sustained revenue growth.
  • Significant experience in B2B sales, with the ability to engage and consult with diverse business clients in the health services industry.
  • Proficiency in building and nurturing long-term relationships with practice managers, procurement leads, and dental professionals.
  • Hands-on knowledge of CRM software for managing sales pipelines, tracking client interactions, and reporting progress to leadership.
  • Strong account development skills, including identification of new business opportunities and strategic account growth planning.
  • Capability to conduct compelling product demonstrations, showcasing unique selling points to clinicians and procurement teams.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to close sales effectively and professionally with key decision-makers in dental practices.

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets within the assigned territory, focusing on dental solutions.
