Quality Control Inspector – Requirements & Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in quality control in a medical, aerospace, or high-precision manufacturing environment
• Experience working with very small precision parts and tight tolerances
• Proficient in dimensional and visual inspections using tools such as micrometers, calipers, and height gauges
• Strong documentation skills to track and record inspection data
• Ability to interpret inspection plans, technical drawings, and blueprint schematics
• Working knowledge of GD&T principles
• Daily use of precision measuring instruments for high-tolerance parts
• Execute defined inspection plans and quality protocols
• Thrive in a high-demand, deadline-driven environment

Quality Control Inspector – Preferred Background & Skills:

• CMM experience highly preferred
• Metallurgy knowledge: Understanding of metal properties, processing, and behavior under different conditions
• Comfortable working with diverse personalities in a high-performance team
