Product Manager at iKomet

The Product Manager at iKomet is a critically important role, responsible for guiding the success of our products and leading our cross-functional team. The position serves as a bridge between different aspects of the business, driving a solution set across teams (primarily Development/Engineering, and Marketing Communications) through market requirements, product contract, and positioning. Developing products with our engineers and then taking those products to market to reach the desired sales, is at the very heart of this role.

Responsibilities Include

• Defining product strategy and roadmap.
• Working closely with the Engineering team to deliver products with quick time-to-market and optimal resources.
• Delivering MRDs and PRDs with prioritized features and corresponding justification.
• Running beta and pilot programs with early-stage products and samples.
• Working with external third parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities.
• Proposing an overall budget to ensure success.
  
  

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree, preferably in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 5 years of product management or related experience.
• Proficiency in web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends).
• In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Salary: $115,000-$127,000 per year
