Pay rate up to $46hr

Responsibilities of Nurse RN/LPN:

• The Nurse (LPN/RN) will provide resident care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the written plan of care as well as physicians plan of treatment
• The Nurse (LPN/RN) follows a plan of care designed by our Nurse Manager
• Nurse (LPN/RN) Perform Medication Administration and Treatments per POC 
• Monitor residents' conditions and report accordingly by the Nurse (LPN/RN) 
• Accurate documentation in accordance with the provided orders
  
  

Qualifications of Nurse RN/LPN:

• Primary series of the COVID-19 vaccine required
• A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an LPN/RN in the state of MA.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR)
• Ability to work with multiple patients at once
