Executive Chef No Nights, No Weekends Requirements & Qualifications


  • 5+ years of culinary experience, including leadership roles such as Executive Chef, Chef de Cuisine, or high volume Production Chef.
  • Experience in high-volume commissary, meal-prep, or production kitchens preferred.
  • Strong understanding of sanitation protocols, food safety compliance, and HACCP-style procedures.
  • ServSafe certification (or willingness to obtain).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

  • Comfortable participating in social media and on-camera cooking content.


Executive Chef No Nights, No Weekends Day-to-Day Responsibilities


  • Oversee all daily kitchen operations with a focus on quality and sanitation.
  • Lead, train, coach, and mentor chefs and a large production team.
  • Ensure every dish meets the organization’s standards for quality, flavor, consistency, nutrition, and cleanliness.
  • Uphold and enforce strict sanitation standards across all kitchen zones.
  • Maintain food and labor costs within approved targets while never compromising quality or sanitation.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to produce content showcasing culinary quality and participate in live cooking demonstrations.
