We are currently seeking Chinese-speaking nursing staff (fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, or Taiwanese) to join our caring team and help us enhance communication and comfort for our Chinese-speaking residents.

Position Overview

As a Chinese-Speaking Nurse, you will provide high-quality clinical and personal care to residents while fostering meaningful connections through culturally sensitive communication. You will play a vital role in supporting our residents’ physical, emotional, and cultural needs.

We are hiring for the following roles:

Registered Nurse (RN)

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Key Responsibilities:

Provide quality nursing care in accordance with facility standards and resident care plans.

Communicate effectively with Chinese-speaking residents and families to ensure comfort and understanding.

Monitor, record, and report changes in residents’ health status.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver holistic care.

Support residents’ emotional well-being through compassionate interaction and cultural awareness.

Qualifications:

Valid NJ nursing license (RN/LPN) or CNA certification.

Fluency in Mandarin, Cantonese, or Taiwanese (required).

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Genuine compassion and respect for elderly residents.

Previous Experience In Long-term Care Or Rehabilitation Settings Preferred.
