2 Hour Learning is deploying a validated K–12 educational model across the United States. In the coming six months, we will open 25–30 campuses, each demanding new construction, substantial facility enhancements, and robust operational infrastructure. We are seeking an elite operator to command this entire domain: deploying, refining, and maintaining the physical environments in which our schools fulfill their educational mission. Without ready facilities, execution is impossible.

This is not a strategic advisory position. It is an execution-driven mandate supported by funding, timeline urgency, and decision-making authority. You will oversee an SVP and a complete operational team including VPs, analysts, and vendor partners. You will control budget allocation and hiring. You will be responsible for commissioning new campuses, enhancing current sites, institutionalizing global operational standards, and creating AI-enabled frameworks that enable faster, more cost-effective, and more intelligent future growth.

2 Hour Learning operates Alpha, NextGen Academy, GT School, Texas Sports Academy, and additional institutions — a rapidly expanding portfolio of schools founded on a single proven model: students achieve a complete year of academic progress in only two hours of concentrated daily instruction. The remainder of their day is dedicated to athletics, creative pursuits, exploration, or personal development. We are private equity-backed, fully capitalized, and expanding nationwide.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Commanding the national facilities function: executing new construction, significant facility upgrades, and sustainable operational systems across 25–30 campus locations
  • Building and scaling a complete team (SVP + VPs + operational staff), with full profit and loss accountability for the facilities domain
  • Establishing and enforcing enterprise-wide standards for procurement, physical security, furnishings, network infrastructure, and branding
  • Designing and deploying AI-enabled operational playbooks and service level agreements that reduce friction and compress expansion timelines
  • Reporting directly to the founder and collaborating with legal, financial, and compliance leadership to meet non-negotiable campus launch deadlines

What You Won’t Be Doing

  • Advising from the periphery — you will own the decision-making authority
  • Overseeing isolated, single-campus initiatives — your mandate is national and systemic in scope
  • Maintaining legacy workflows — you will architect and institutionalize new, AI-driven operational frameworks
  • Awaiting executive guidance — this role leads expansion, rather than responding to it

Principal Key Responsibilities

Deploy, enhance, and sustain facilities on a national scale — ensuring each campus is operationally ready, delivered on schedule, and supported by scalable, AI-integrated systems.

Basic Requirements

  • 10+ years of professional experience
  • Documented success leading complex, multi-location execution initiatives with compressed timelines and tangible business impact
  • Direct ownership of new construction, large-scale facility enhancements, and operational infrastructure at national or international scale
  • Practical experience managing retail construction projects and/or enterprise-scale maintenance operations, where launch readiness and process standardization were business-critical
  • Proven capability to recruit, develop, and lead high-performing teams, with complete budget and P&L responsibility
  • Strong structured analytical thinking, stakeholder coordination, and executive communication abilities
  • Ability to operate with speed, independence, and accountability in high-growth or private equity-backed organizations
  • Authorization to work in the United States and availability to travel approximately 25%

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $400 USD/hour, which equates to $800,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
