What You Will Be Doing

• Engaging with K-8 students as a trusted mentor, cultivating relationships and encouraging a mindset without limits
• Leveraging AI-powered and adaptive learning platforms to customize educational trajectories—students advance on individual timelines while you facilitate exploration
• Creating and facilitating life-skills workshops (including public speaking, goal-setting, and collaboration) that equip students for sustained success
• Nurturing an environment centered on curiosity, ambition, and development—supporting students as they uncover their talents and passions
  
  

Consultant Key Responsibilities

Basic Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any field
• Proven public speaking ability, with demonstrated capacity to captivate and energize groups
• Genuine interest in connecting with, inspiring, and motivating students in grades K-8
• 3 years of experience coaching or mentoring children
• Legal authorization to work in the US without requiring visa sponsorship
• Commitment to working in-person at one of our campus locations: Austin, TX; Brownsville, TX; Fort Worth, TX; or Scottsdale (Phoenix), AZ
• Availability to participate in a paid training program held at our Austin, TX campus

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
