Optalis Health & rehabilitation is looking for a Staffing Coordinator to coordinate the scheduling of our Nurses and CNAs. As Staffing Coordinator you will plan, develop and monitor daily clinical schedules to assure proper level of coverage for our residents needs.

Qualifications

• Current CNA License
• Previous staff scheduling or supply management experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be detail-oriented
• Comfortable using scheduling software packages
