What You Will Do as an Unlicensed Clinician

• Conduct comprehensive intake evaluations and develop treatment plans based on clinical best practices
• Provide individual, group, couples, and family therapy for both mental health and substance use concerns
• Support individuals in Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) through education, engagement, and monitoring progress
• Promote health, wellness, and daily functioning to encourage long-term recovery
• Connect individuals with community resources and help strengthen their support networks
• Conduct outreach to individuals as needed to promote treatment engagement
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Master’s Degree in a behavioral health field (required)
• Experience with opioid treatment programs (preferred)
• Familiarity with Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) and harm-reduction principles
• Cultural competence and ability to work effectively with diverse populations
• Bilingual (Spanish) (strongly preferred)
