The Data Administrator, HR Support plays a critical role in maintaining accurate employee data and ensuring seamless HR transactions. In this role you will build trusted relationships across the organization, process high volumes of data with precision, and provide outstanding customer service to all stakeholders.
What You'll Do
The salary range for this role, in Loveland, CO, is between $53,900 - $92,400. While we provide this range as general guidance, several factors are taken into consideration when making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, candidate skill set, experience and training, licensure and certifications, work location, and other business and organizational needs. Actual salary and benefits may differ based upon location.
We provide an attractive benefits package that includes comprehensive medical, dental, vision coverage, and life insurance and well as disability coverage for positions working more than 30 hours per week. In addition, we have a retirement program that encourages our employees to save for the longer term, with generous matching employer contributions. In addition to base pay, this role is also eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan, consistent with the terms of our program(s) where discretionary pay out of awards is reflecting components such as performance of the company and the employee. The Data Administrator, HR Support plays a critical role in maintaining accurate employee data and ensuring seamless HR transactions. In this role you will build trusted relationships across the organization, process high volumes of data with precision, and provide outstanding customer service to all stakeholders.
What You'll Do
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with HR representatives, leaders, and employees across the organization.
- Process high volumes of HR data transactions with precision and efficiency.
- Enter and maintain information from multiple sources (paper, spreadsheets, digital forms) into HR systems.
- Perform job-event HR transactions and validate data accuracy by cross-checking against resource documents.
- Organize and categorize data for easy retrieval and analysis; maintain files and records.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity and reliability over time.
- Collaborate with internal SMEs and other departments to resolve data-related questions and issues.
- Utilize the case management system (ServiceNow) to maintain high case quality, accurate metrics, and customer satisfaction.
- Investigate and resolve data issues impacting replication or payroll accuracy; document solutions for future reference.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries related to HR and payroll policies via phone or case management system.
- Engage in cross-training to expand knowledge across HRSC functions and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Safeguard employee privacy and confidentiality at all times.
- Participate in HRSC projects and support colleagues as needed.
- High school diploma or degree (HR or business-related education preferred).
- 1+ year of HR support or administrative experience.
- Familiarity with Canadian and/or U.S. HR data, business rules, and pay regulations.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent relationship-building and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365; experience with SAP, SuccessFactors (myHR), Workforce, EZL, SharePoint, and ServiceNow preferred.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve data issues effectively.
- Adaptability to change and willingness to learn new technologies and processes.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility to work overtime or weekends during peak periods.
