Job Duties
- Lead & Supervise: Manage a team of maintenance technicians across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general repairs.
- Assign Job Duties: Lead work order execution, repairs, corrective maintenance, and preventive maintenance programs based on priority through a maintenance tracking/ticket system.
- Guide and support team members: in achieving goals, staying engaged, while supporting their positions.
- Maintain Excellence: Oversee preventive maintenance programs.
- Project Oversight: Plan and execute renovations, repairs, and improvement projects.
- Administrative & Office Skills: Prepare maintenance schedules and reports using Microsoft Office 365. Track work orders and budgets in digital systems. Communicate effectively via email and internal platforms. Capable of developing Standard Operating Procedures.
- Computer Skills: Must be comfortable with Microsoft Excel, Word and other Operating systems, including our Maintenance Tracking System and the development of parts inventory management.
- Budget & Inventory: Work within a budget to complete capital projects and line up contractors.
- Collaborate: Work closely with other departments to support events and daily operations.
Experience
- 5+ years of facilities maintenance experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of building systems (HVACR, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry).
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- AED/CPR certification training provided.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work on ladders or lifts.
- Comfortable working in varying temperatures and outdoor conditions.
