The Senior Program Manager, Distribution Strategy and Innovation is accountable for the execution of specialty and home delivery pharmacy services.
Responsibilities
Potential pay for this position ranges from $94,000.00 - $160,000.00 based on experience and skills.

Job Description
The Senior Program Manager, Distribution Strategy and Innovation is accountable for the execution of specialty and home delivery pharmacy services.
Responsibilities
- Collaborates with Prime’s Sales and Marketing teams to advance enterprise growth objectives by communicating and educating on overall specialty pharmacy strategy, contributing in the review of Request for Proposals (RFPs), and evaluating contract documentation to ensure alignment with business goals
- Act as point of contact for RFP question development and assist proposal writers with SME support
- Develop, upkeep and refresh external facing materials such as slide decks, publications, and specialty and home delivery distribution strategy value story
- Develop, execute, and lead operational plans for programs and initiatives related to specialty and home delivery distribution strategy across all market segments and for maintaining alignment and identifying interdependencies between all program level work efforts
- Collaborate with various business units, cross functional teams and key stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate implementation of programs
- Manage products/programs and implement tools/enhancements to ensure new sales and growth strategies are successfully developed and implemented
- Collaborate with other business units to develop business cases to support new program opportunities/enhancements and performance target metrics
- Other duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Health Care Administration, or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; HS diploma or GED is required
- 5 years of work experience in healthcare, PBM, specialty pharmacy, or health care consulting
- 1 year of project/program management experience
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship
- Ability to work in self-directed environment
- Critical thinking skills and ability to anticipate issues and develop innovative solutions
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare, or related field
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
- Constantly required to sit, use hands to handle or feel, talk and hear
- Frequently required to reach with hands and arms
- Occasionally required to stand, walk and stoop, kneel, and crouch
- Occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus
