Breakfast Attendant at Sagemont Hotels

The Breakfast Attendant, provides guests with a warm and welcoming breakfast experience, ensuring all food and beverage offerings meet brand and Hotel standards. This role focuses on presentation, quality, and guest satisfaction.
Key ResponsibilitiesGuest Experience• Greet guests warmly and ensure a positive breakfast experience.
• Maintain buffet presentation, cleanliness, and food replenishment throughout service hours.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and ensure dietary accommodations are met.
• Promote Hotels’ hospitality values in all guest interactions.
Operational Excellence• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Assist with setup, serving, and breakdown of breakfast service.
• Monitor inventory and report supply needs to management.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, equipment, and back-of-house prep areas.
Qualifications• Previous customer service or food service experience preferred.
• Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Excellent communication and hospitality skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm in busy environments.
Work Environment & Schedule• Flexible schedule including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
• Standing and walking for extended periods required.
• Must adhere to Hotels uniform and grooming standards.
