A Therapist is responsible for specific clinical services to assigned adults, youth, and families so that they may become healthy, independent and productive members of their communities. A Therapist is expected to exercise professional judgment and discretion as a significant practitioner in the successful integration of treatment for clients. A Therapist works designated shifts under the direct supervision of the Clinical Supervisor.

DUTIES:
- ACCEPTANCE OF CASES: Has a willingness to accept a variety of cases.
- ASSESSMENTS: Independently performs intake assessments and formulates
- OUTCOMES: Regularly identify and complete data outcome elements in a
- STRENGTH BASED: Is capable of accurately identifying and building on the
- THERAPY: Provide individual, family, and group therapy using evidence base
- REFERRALS: Demonstrates a sound knowledge of resources and ability to
- CLINICAL THEORY: Demonstrates a good understanding and use of clinical
- DOCUMENTATION: Submits thorough documentation including initial
collaborations with treatment team members.
- PRODUCTIVITY: Completes timely documentation of all contacts with clients
internal policies.
- RESPECT: Demonstrates respect for the intrinsic value of each person, their
- TRAVEL: Travels independently to various environments as needed (buildings
- COLLABORATION: Regularly collaborates with Masada Staff, clients,
- ETHICS: Is able to set and follow appropriate boundaries and uphold legal and
professional partnerships.
- PROBLEM SOLVING: Is able to solve problems independently with minimal
- SKILLS: Demonstrates sound written and oral skills.
- CRISIS: Ensures the safety of clients by providing direct crisis intervention and
a timely fashion.
- MEETINGS: Is prompt and participates in meetings, group supervision, case
scheduled.
- TRAINING: Must complete training in Evidence Based Practices as available
- CONFIDENTIALITY: Maintains strict confidentiality over all records and
- OTHER: Performs other duties as directed by supervisor.
