What You'll Do

As the General manager, you will run the bakery operations and make sure the guest experience, product quality, and team culture are exceptional. You will:

• Lead, coach, and develop the bakery team.
• Oversee daily operations including baking, frosting, scheduling, opening/closing, guest service, inventory, ordering, and other regular operations of a bakery.
• Maintain a warm, friendly, world-class guest experience.
• Drive sales and ensure high-quality production standards.
• Manage scheduling, staffing, and training for all roles.
• Monitor labor cost, food cost, and waste.
• Handle all inventory ordering and vendor relationships.
• Ensure the bakery meets all brand, cleanliness, and safety standards.
• Execute monthly goals and performance and follow bakery expectations set by the franchise and owner.
• Report KPIs, action plans and results.
  
  
  

What We're Looking For

• At least 2-3 years of general management experience (bakery, restaurant, retail preferred)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to motivate, coach, and hold a team accountable.
• High attention to detail and operational excellence.
• Experience managing labor, inventory, and financial performance.
• A positive, professional, and guest-focused attitude.
• Ability to stay calm and efficient during high-volume seasons (holidays)

Compensation Package includes: $17 - $24 per hour (dependent on relevant GM experience), benefit and bonus package.
