While NETA certification is not required, a deep understanding of NETA standards and processes is essential.

Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and develop a team of NETA document review technicians, ensuring high performance, accuracy, and adherence to quality standards.
- Project Oversight: Coordinate and oversee NETA documentation review processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client requirements for hyperscale data center projects.
- Process Optimization: Develop and implement efficient workflows to streamline document review processes, improving turnaround times and reducing errors.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with data center operations teams, engineering groups, and external vendors to align on project goals and deliverables.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all documentation meets NETA standards, client specifications, and regulatory requirements for hyperscale data centers.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates to senior management on team performance, project status, and key metrics.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks in documentation processes and implement mitigation strategies to maintain project timelines and quality.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience managing technical teams, with at least 2 years focused on NETA document review processes.
- Proven experience working in or with hyperscale data centers, with a strong understanding of their operational and technical requirements.
- Experience with large-scale data center commissioning or operations.
- In-depth knowledge of NETA standards and documentation processes (NETA certification not required).
- Familiarity with electrical systems, testing protocols, and data center infrastructure.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities, with a focus on delivering results in a high-pressure environment.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, for collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in documentation management tools and software commonly used in data center environments.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business management, or a related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
