Expectations:
The Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) Coordinator supports programs and initiatives that foster a culture of inclusion, belonging, and respect at Huntington Health. Working under general supervision, the coordinator assists with the coordination, communication, and implementation of activities that advance workforce inclusion and align local initiatives with Cedars-Sinai’s enterprise Diversity and Inclusion goals. This role partners closely with HR, D&I CSHS staff, HH engagement, and HH organizational leaders to ensure alignment of diversity and inclusion efforts across all departments as well as aligned with CSHS goals/initiatives.
EDUCATION:
High School Diploma or GED Equivalent required. Bachelor's Degree in relevant field preferred.
EXPERIENCE/TRAINING:
Minimum of two (2) years of experience in human resources, employee engagement, diversity/inclusion, or program coordination, preferably in healthcare or large organizational setting. Proven experience supporting events, initiatives, or community partnerships focused on inclusion or workforce engagement preferred.
SKILLS:
Strong organizational and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across diverse groups.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic data tracking (Excel, survey tools, dashboards).
Demonstrated commitment to equity, inclusion, and cultural awareness.

Pay Range: The estimated base rate for this position is $32.00 - $48.00.
Additional individual compensation may be available for this role through differentials, extra shift incentives, bonuses, etc. Base pay is only a portion of the total rewards package, and a comprehensive benefits program is available for qualifying positions.
