About The Opportunity
At Machinify, we’re constantly reimagining what’s possible in our industry—creating disruptively simple, powerfully clear ways to maximize our clients’ financial outcomes today and drive down healthcare costs tomorrow. As part of the Enterprise Sales team, you will be responsible for driving commercial sales and product growth across our comprehensive payment integrity portfolio to a mix of health plan payer clients and prospective accounts. The VP of Sales is also responsible for managing the entire strategic sales life cycle, including prospecting, product and business case presentation, structuring creative deals, sales reporting and forecasting, and managing and developing key advocate relationships.

What You’ll Do
- Identify prospects, evaluate their needs, and collaborate with cross-functional internal teams
- Responsible for managing the entire sales life cycle from first contact to implementation
- Develops business opportunities within the healthcare payer industry
- Meets with key executives to educate and appropriate payment integrity solutions
- Researches and analyzes strategies in conjunction with the sales and marketing teams Collaborate with sales and marketing team to provide internal reporting to leadership team
- Represents Machinify at conferences, educational forums, and other industry events
- Meets or exceeds monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives
- Travel requirement is 10-25% of the time
- Other duties as assigned
What experience you bring (Role Requirements)
- Experience selling technology-enabled solutions to a healthcare payer is a requirement
- 10+ years sales experience in the healthcare technology industry.
- 3-5+ years’ experience in payment integrity solutions for healthcare payers
- Demonstrated record of obtaining and exceeding sales quotas
- Strong knowledge of marketing needs, competition and latest industry trends
- High energy and flexibility to thrive in an evolving team environment
- Well organized with outstanding follow-through and tremendous attention to detail
- Skilled in face to face and virtual presentations as well as on-line demos
