How You'll Contribute

A Rehabilitation Aide who excels in this role:

• Prepare patients for therapy.
• Assist therapists with patient care activities.
• Maintain department supplies.
• Maintain cleanliness of therapy areas and equipment.
• Communicate with staff and public.
• Facilitate front and back-office activities and procedures.
• Comply with attendance/timeliness requirements.
• Demonstrate organizational and prioritization skills.

What We're Looking For

The Rehabilitation Aide must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action. The requirements listed below are below representative of the knowledge, skills and abilities required:

• Minimum Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS)
• State Driver's License. Liability insurance to use personal vehicle and/or Company vehicles for hospital business purposes.
• Previous work or volunteer experience in a hospital or clinical setting with experience in a rehabilitation setting or nursing preferred
  
  

Hourly range: $17.95-$24.91
