This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced, highly motivated Senior Financial Analyst. This is an integral role within the Finance organization, reporting to the Director of Finance. The ideal candidate will be willing to roll-up their sleeves and have the desire to problem solve in a non-routine, dynamic environment. This position will be based in Raleigh, NC, Austin, TX, or remotely.

What You’ll Do
- Own ad hoc projects solving complex problems and exercise judgement based on the analysis of multiple sources of information
- Collaborate and establish partnerships with multiple business units within the company, and help build out & refine both revenue & expense forecast processes
- Improve performance by evaluating business processes to drive efficiencies
- Consolidate and analyze financial information and trends and communicate results and recommendations to management
- Develop models, processes and reports to track key business metrics, analyze and interpret data
- Play a key role in the preparation of strategic and long-range plans
- Assist with acquisition due diligence and integration activities
- Occasional travel required for team events to support engagement, relationship-building, and key decision-making.
- Bachelor's degree required or equivalent years of experience (Finance, Accounting, or Economics concentration preferred)
- 5+ years of professional experience in FP&A, preferably in the technology / SaaS industry
- Strong knowledge of financial principles and accounting/budgeting practice (Public finance experience a plus)
- Detail-oriented mindset with exceptional analytical and communication skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience with ERP and CRM systems (Salesforce, NetSuite, Hyperion or Adaptive a plus)
- Ability to structure complex problems, develop solutions, and craft recommendations and results into easily digestible messages, communications, and management presentations
- Ability to build cross-functional working relationships and add value as a financial business partner
- Ability to work independently, manage tight deadlines, prioritize workload, and achieve results in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Ability to adjust on the fly to new demands with a sense of urgency
