What You Will Be Doing

• Create and facilitate dynamic, phonics-based reading workshops tailored to small groups of gifted K-2 students
• Apply storytelling techniques and interactive methods to drive learning outcomes 5-10x beyond conventional standards
• Monitor individual student advancement and modify sessions dynamically to address each cohort's evolving needs
• Provide individualized and small-group coaching focused on measurable gains in adaptive literacy and writing applications
  
  

Basic Requirements

Literacy Coordinator key responsibilities

• Available to work on-site at GT.School in Georgetown, TX (relocation assistance provided)
• Bachelor's degree plus advanced structured literacy certification (Orton-Gillingham, Wilson, or equivalent program)
• Minimum 2 years of experience delivering small-group reading interventions to K-2 learners
• Background working with gifted or advanced students in specialized educational settings
• Comfortable using AI-powered and adaptive learning platforms along with student performance analytics
• Strong instructional presence with demonstrated ability to captivate young learners using voice modulation, storytelling, and enthusiasm

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
